Our annual mass for deceased members will take place in Gracedieu on Friday 29^th November at 7pm.

• Camogie News

Welll done to our U 13 camogie players who put an unbelievable performance in at the U 13 county final. Whilst the scoreline wasn’t favourable on the day our girls put in a great effort. The game finished 5-5 to 2-4 in favour to Portlaw.

Thank you to all the players and mentors for their commitment during the year. Also to the parents, families and supporters who supported the girls along the way.

• All Stars Trip

Well done to Beth and her fellow county camogie players Niamh Rockett and Lorraine Bray on their recent trip to the Big Apple. The girls played an exhibition match in Gealic Park New York, took in the sights and had some down time. A trip enjoyed by all.

• Wall Ball League

Our wall ball league started up in Gracedieu last Thursday night.

With 11 players signed up there was plenty of games and lots of hurling done keeping them warm.

• Camogie News

Waterford Minor A Shield Final Winners 2019. Waterford 2-13 Clare 0-11.

Congrats to joint captain Keeley Corbett Barry, Lucy Hogan, Holly Ryan and Abby Flynn on their recent Munster final win against Clare. Congrats also Abby who was awarded Minor A Shield final player of the match

Well done to our U 13 camogie players who had a fine win the weekend against Butlerstown in Gracedieu and are now through to the final of the competition. Well done to all involved.

• AGM

This years AGM will take place on the 7^TH December in Gracedieu at 7pm.

• U 19 Hurling Championship

Our U 19 hurlers exited out of the Championship in Carriganore last Friday night against Mount Sion. It took extra time to separate the sides at the end of normal time on a score line 3-8 to 2-11. We were beaten by 5pts in the end. The lads gave their all and couldn’t have given any more.

• Camogie

Munster Minor A Semi Final Result Waterford 3-13  Tipperary 4-14

Hard luck girls & mentors. They will now play in the Munster A Shield final v Clare next Sunday 17th November

• U 13

Tramore 2-3 DLS 2-3 a draw. Well done to both teams on a good game of camogie. Next up Butlerstown at home.

This years AGM will take place on the 7^TH December in Gracedieu at 7pm.

Games Postponed

Due to the bad weather our U 19 game v Mount Sion was postponed as well as the U 8s and U 10s blitz due to take place in WIT Carrignore was cancelled due to waterlogged pitches also.

• Camogie

Well done to Lucy Hogan, Keeley Corbett Barry, Abbey Flynn and Holly Ryan who were part of the minor county panel who had a fine win against Limerick last weekend on a score line  of 8-11 to 0-4 points. They now go on to face Tipperary in the semi final.

U13

Our U 13 club fixture against Butlerstown was cancelled due to an unplayable pitch & weather conditions. Our game against Portlaw went ahead which we won on a scoreline Dls 4-5 Portlaw 0-8. Well done girls & mentors. Next weekend away to Tramore.
