{"id":3202,"date":"2016-10-17T08:48:53","date_gmt":"2016-10-17T08:48:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/delasallegaa.ie\/livenews\/?p=3202"},"modified":"2016-10-17T08:48:53","modified_gmt":"2016-10-17T08:48:53","slug":"16-oct-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/delasallegaa.ie\/livenews\/index.php\/16-oct-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"16-OCT-2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Munster Club Junior Camogie Final<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On next Saturday 22nd October our intermediate championship winning camogie team will represent Waterford in the Munster junior final when they take on the Clare intermediate champions and recent winners of this championship Scariff\/Ogonnelloe in Cashel at 2.30pm. Given that this is only our second year playing adult camogie it is great to be in a Munster final. We wish the girls and their mentors the best of luck and would ask all club supporters that can make it to Cashel on Saturday to get there and support the team.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Championship Draws<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The eastern board met last week to finalise their knockout draws. Our U-21 hurlers have been paired with Ballygunner at the semi final stage. Our intermediate footballers will play Newtown in the quarter final with the winners drawn to face Kill. In junior football we have two games to be fixed. We will play the winners of Roanmore or Mount Sion in the semi final of the junior championship. We will also play Kill in the junior &#8216;intermediate attached&#8217; final. First team into action will be our junior B hurlers who will play Kilmacthomas in the semi final which has been fixed for Walsh Park next Sunday at 1.15pm as the curtain raiser to the senior county final. At the time of writing the quarter final of the intermediate football championship against Newtown is fixed for Tuesday 24th October with the venue and time to be confirmed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Lotto<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There was no winner of our Lotto jackpot last Monday night and it now stands at \u20ac15,000. The next draw takes place on Monday 24th October. Numbers drawn were 6, 9, 11, 15. Killian, Romy Carroll c\/o Seller Camogie Club, Nicola Kavanagh c\/o Seller Camogie Club, Seamus Quirke.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>De La Salle Camogie Notes<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Club training for the younger age groups continues indoors for the months of October\u00a0and November 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Venue: Butler Hall, Saint Johns Park, Waterford.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U-5\/6 &amp; U-7\/8<\/strong>\u00a0age\u00a0groups\u00a06-7pm on\u00a0Weds 19th.\u00a0Oct.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U-9\/10<\/strong>\u00a0age\u00a0groups\u00a07-8pm on Weds 19th Oct.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U-12, 13, 14\u00a0<\/strong>to be confirmed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U-16,\u00a018 &amp; adult<\/strong>\u00a0on Weds 19th Oct\u00a0@ 8pm in Poleberry.<\/p>\n<p>Newcomers are always more than welcome to join in.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Fixtures<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Our\u00a0U-<strong>18 girls<\/strong>\u00a0will play in\u00a0the County A Final on Sat 29th Oct v\u00a0Gailltir,\u00a0venue &amp; time\u00a0tbc.<\/p>\n<p>The Munster Club Junior Championship final is down to be played on Sat 22nd Oct against the Clare Champions Scariff\/Ogonnelloe in\u00a0Cashel King Cormac&#8217;s GAA ground, Cashel, Co. Tipperary throw in 2.30pm. Best of luck to our girls &amp; management team.
